1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

• Live plants must be returned within 48 hours of delivery due to their perishable nature.

Non-returnable items include:

• Perishable goods such as plants that have been damaged after delivery due to improper care.

• Items purchased on clearance or marked as “non-returnable.”

• Custom orders or personalized products.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please:

1. Email us at support@greenlandsnursery.com or call our customer service line.

2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

3. We will guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping address.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within the applicable return period.

6. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
